Description
Give your backyard birds a treat now and a home to enjoy later with this charming Seed-Covered Wooden Birdhouse. Made from exterior-grade wood, this unique birdhouse is coated and decorated with tasty tidbits for wild birds, creating a delightful combination of bird feeder and functional nesting house.
Hang it near a favorite window and enjoy watching neighborhood birds stop by to nibble away at the seed-covered exterior. Once the treats are gone, the wooden house remains and can be placed in a more secluded area of the yard for birds to use as a nesting box for years to come.
Perfect for bird lovers, gardeners, nature enthusiasts, and anyone who enjoys watching wildlife from home, this birdhouse makes a thoughtful and memorable gift. It’s especially fun for Christmas gifting and is a wonderful choice for moms, dads, grandparents, neighbors, teachers, or that hard-to-shop-for person who seems to have everything.
More than a traditional bird feeder, this special birdhouse provides an enjoyable backyard experience that can continue long after the seed has been eaten. Place it where you can watch the birds gather for their treats, then transition it into a cozy nesting spot in your outdoor space.

For Feeding: Hang the birdhouse from a tree limb or hanger near your favorite window so you can enjoy watching the birds as they come to feed. As with all bird seed, the best results will be obtained when the house is protected from rain and squirrels.
For Nesting: Once the seed has been enjoyed, hang the birdhouse in a secluded area of the yard or mount it to a post or tree trunk approximately 6–10 feet from the ground. Many birds prefer a nesting house that does not swing in the wind, so mounting it securely may help create a more suitable nesting location.
