In-Store Pickup

Can I pick up my order at Texas Sage?
Yes! Select in-store pickup at checkout when it's available for your order. We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.

When can I pick up my order?
Once you receive your Ready for Pickup notification, stop by during our regular business hours and we'll have it waiting for you.

Good to know: You'll need a valid ID and your order confirmation when picking up your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original tags or packaging.

Please note: Plants are final sale. Sale and clearance items are final sale. Earrings and opened self-care or beauty products are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
